Accepted Insurance:
We participate with the following insurance companies: Medicare, Tricare, BC State, BCBS of SC, BC PPO, Federal BC, Blue Choice, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Med cost, PCF, Coventry, and Supermed. There may be several other carriers not listed please ask. (Disclaimer: Although the list is currently accurate; our participation status may change at any time. Please confirm our status with your carrier when making your appointment.)
Payment Policy:
Please bring a referral from your family physician (if required by your plan), a copy of your insurance card and a photo id with you. We bill most insurance carriers for covered services. Co-pays coinsurance and deductibles are due at time of service. The patient is responsible for all charges not covered by his or her insurance plan. We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
Cosmetic Services:
Any procedures considered to be cosmetic are not covered by insurance, and therefore payment is expected at the time of service. We will not file insurance on any cosmetic service.
